Week 10, Day 4

Since America has joined the war I have been subject to discrimination and inhumane treatment. I am a Japanese American living in California. I was having a peaceful life up until the moment that Pearl Harbor was attacked; from that day forward I sensed that things weren’t right at home. The U.S government has now put me in a concentration camp and this infuriates me knowing that I am just as American as any other in this nation, I was born here and this treatment just isn’t fair.
